Materials for hearth liners: Cu (copper / oxygen-free copper C1020), Mo (molybdenum), Ｗ (tungsten), BN (boron nitride) with / without conductivity, Ｃ (carbon), PBN, etc.
Board materials: Mo (molybdenum), W (tungsten), Tantalum (Ta), etc.
